Part of She's Arkansas Heritage Collection, the “Old” Pulaski County Courthouse dates to c. 1889. Its Romanesque design is owed to Max A. Orlopp. A Beaux Arts annex was added to the north side of the building in c. 1914. The “New” Pulaski County Courthouse was designed by George Mann, architect of the Arkansas State Capitol. Both structures are jointly listed on the National Register.
